This work will focus on the research unit and the school unit and will approach it
theoretically, based on the ecosystem model, exploring the attitudes and views of
primary and secondary school teachers on the transition of pupils from primary to
upper secondary. Its main and main objective is to control, promote and propose
practices that the educational community uses and through which to draw out research
findings that will be used to create and design micro-educational support and support
programs of this transition, from the school units themselves, but also from the central
administration and the training staff.
The need to investigate and record the views of Primary and Secondary Education
Teachers on the issue of transition is also imperative, as they themselves are part of
and contribute to its smooth realization.
