Διαχείριση εφήβων που παρουσιάζουν καταθλιπτική συμπεριφορά στη δευτεροβάθμια εκπαίδευση (Master thesis)

The present research study aims to explore the way in which Secondary Education
teachers manage students with Emotional Difficulties. Given the fact that the number of
such pupils tend to grow rapidly, the recording of incidents along with the predominant
tendencies in their management on the part of teachers are of paramount importance in order
to deal with them.
The sample of this quantitative survey consists of 163 Secondary Education teachers
and the analysis of the collected research data was made using the SPSS 21.0 statistical
package.
The results showed that the way of managing pupils with Emotional Difficulties is
influenced by the Teacher's Gender, by his / her Educational Level, by his / her educational
experience and by the level of further knowledge/training he/she possesses.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα ερευνητική μελέτη σκοπεύει να καταγράψει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο οι
εκπαιδευτικοί Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης διαχειρίζονται μαθητές με Συναισθηματικές
Δυσκολίες. Δεδομένου ότι τα ποσοστά εμφάνισης τέτοιων μαθητών τείνουν να αυξάνονται
με γοργούς ρυθμούς, κομβικό σημείο για την αντιμετώπισή τους αποτελεί η καταγραφή των
περιστατικών αλλά και οι κυρίαρχες τάσεις στη διαχείρισή τους από πλευράς των
εκπαιδευτικών.
Το δείγμα της παρούσας ποσοτικού τύπου έρευνας αποτελείται από 163
εκπαιδευτικούς Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης και η ανάλυση των συλλεχθέντων
ερευνητικών δεδομένων έγινε με τη χρήση του στατιστικού πακέτου SPSS 21.0.
Τα αποτελέσματα έδειξαν ότι ο τρόπος διαχείρισης μαθητών με Συναισθηματικές
Δυσκολίες επηρεάζεται από το Φύλο του Εκπαιδευτικού, από το Μορφωτικό του Επίπεδο,
από την Εκπαιδευτική του Εμπειρία καθώς και από το Επίπεδο περαιτέρω
