Σύγχρονες εκπαιδευτικές τεχνικές στην εκπαίδευση ενηλίκων (Master thesis)

Modern educational techniques are a purpose and an end in itself in educational field,
making it more efficient, introducing a plethora of new techniques, more attractive and
effective for the trainee. Thus importance of modern educational techniques, it was
considered necessary to be introduced to adult education. This research was conducted in
order to study adults’ views on modern educational techniques. In particular, paper focuses on
the use of new technologies during the learning process, application of active techniques by
trainers in teaching, and on participants’ views on their effectiveness. The questionnaire was
used as a research tool.
Men and women trained at Second Chance School of Serres or attending Second Chance
School at the Nigrita detention facility and male and female trainees of Public Vocational
Training Institute of various specialties from the prefecture of Serres participated in the study.
Research has shown that the majority of adults are familiar with new technologies and
adopt a positive attitude towards the use of active techniques in teaching as a more effective
way than a traditional teaching model.

| Abstract: | Οι σύγχρονες εκπαιδευτικές τεχνικές αποτελούν σκοπό κι αυτοσκοπό του τομέα της
εκπαίδευσης, καθιστώντας τον εναργέστερο κι αποτελεσματικότερο, εισάγοντας στην
εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία μια πληθώρα νέων τεχνικών, ελκυστικότερων κι αποδοτικότερων
για τον εκπαιδευόμενο. Με γνώμονα την ανωτέρω σημασία των σύγχρονων εκπαιδευτικών
τεχνικών, θεωρήθηκε και κρίθηκε αναγκαία η εισαγωγή τους και στον ιδιαίτερο τομέα της
εκπαίδευσης ενηλίκων. Η έρευνα αυτή, υπό το πρίσμα των προαναφερθέντων, διενεργήθηκε
με σκοπό να μελετηθούν οι απόψεις εκπαιδευομένων για τις σύγχρονες εκπαιδευτικές
τεχνικές στην εκπαίδευση ενηλίκων. Συγκεκριμένα, το ενδιαφέρον εστιάστηκε στη χρήση
των νέων τεχνολογιών στην εκπαίδευση ενηλίκων κατά τη μαθησιακή διαδικασία, στην
εφαρμογή ενεργητικών τεχνικών από τους εκπαιδευτές στη διδασκαλία και στις απόψεις των
εκπαιδευόμενων ως προς την αποτελεσματικότητα αυτών. Ως ερευνητικό εργαλείο
χρησιμοποιήθηκε το ερωτηματολόγιο.
Στην έρευνα συμμετείχαν άνδρες και γυναίκες εκπαιδευόμενοι του Σχολείου
Δεύτερης Ευκαιρίας Σερρών, του Σχολείου Δεύτερης Ευκαιρίας στο κατάστημα κράτησης
Νιγρίτας Σερρών και του Δημόσιου Ινστιτούτου Επαγγελματικής Κατάρτισης διαφόρων
ειδικοτήτων από τον νομό Σερρών.
Η έρευνα έδειξε πως η πλειονότητα των εκπαιδευομένων έχει ικανοποιητικό βαθμό
εξοικείωσης με τις νέες τεχνολογίες και υιοθετεί θετικότατη στάση απέναντι στη χρήση
ενεργητικών τεχνικών στη διδασκαλία θεωρώντας τις ως αποτελεσματικότερες σε σχέση με
παραδοσιακό μοντέλο διδασκαλίας.
