| heal.abstract | H οργανωτική και η διοικητική ανασυγκρότηση της σύγχρονης Ελληνικής σχολικής μονάδας έχει ως κυρίαρχο στόχο της εύρυθμη και αποδοτική λειτουργία της, στο εσωτερικό πλαίσιο λειτουργίας της, αλλά και στον ευρύτερο κοινωνικό ιστό που υπάρχει και εξελίσσεται. Η χρήση των Τεχνολογιών Πληροφορικής και Επικοινωνιών αποτελεί μια επαναλαμβανόμενη πραγματικότητα και μπορεί να προσφέρει, μέσα από πρακτικές και σύγχρονα τεχνολογικά εργαλεία, αποδοτικότερες και αποτελεσματικότερες επιδόσεις του ανθρώπινου δυναμικού. Το αντικείμενο της εργασίας είναι ο σχεδιασμός και η ανάλυση ενός πληροφοριακού συστήματος για την ηλεκτρονική καταχώριση των διαγωνισμάτων τετραμήνων των σχολικών μονάδων της Δευτεροβάθμιας Εκπαίδευσης. Στόχος του συγκεκριμένου πληροφοριακού συστήματος είναι να προσφέρει έναν παραγωγικό και αποδοτικό τρόπο για την εξυπηρέτηση των αναγκών τους. Ανάγκες που αφορούν τον ετήσιο προγραμματισμό διδασκαλίας της ύλης των μαθημάτων, τον προγραμματισμό των διαγωνισμάτων και των test αξιολόγησης, τον έλεγχο της εφαρμογής του αναλυτικού προγράμματος από τους διδάσκοντες, την αναλυτική επισκόπηση του συνόλου των ενεργειών που συμφωνήθηκαν κατά την έναρξη της σχολικής χρονιάς. Ο τρόπος εξυπηρέτησης των παραπάνω αναγκών πραγματοποιείται από οπουδήποτε βρίσκεται ο χρήστης και με οποιαδήποτε έξυπνη συσκευή, αρκεί αυτή να είναι συνδεδεμένη στο διαδίκτυο. Αποτελεί ένα χρήσιμο εργαλείο στα χέρια της Διοίκησης, καθώς έχει τη δυνατότητα να γνωρίζει κάθε φορά τον προγραμματισμό που έχει πραγματοποιηθεί όπως και όλες τις σημαντικές πληροφορίες που σχετίζονται με αυτόν. Επίσης, το λογισμικό προσφέρει τη δυνατότητα στο χρήστη της εφαρμογής να κάνει όλες τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες καταγραφής και συμπλήρωσης μέσα σε μια απλή και φιλική διεπαφή, η οποία διευκολύνει το έργο του σε σημαντικό βαθμό. | el |
| heal.abstract | The main objective of the constructive and administrative function of the modern Greek school unit is the smooth and efficient operation both in its internal context, but also in the wider social existing and evolving web. The use of Informatics and Communication Technologies is a recurring reality and it can provide more efficient and effective human performance through practical and modern technological tools. The subject of the thesis is the design and analysis of an information system for the electronic registration of the four-month exam tests in secondary schools. Requirements related to the annual schedule of the syllabus, test scheduling and evaluation test, examining the implementation of the curriculum by the teachers, overview of all actions agreed at the beginning of the school year. The way to meet these demands lies wherever the user is and via any smart device, provided this is connected to the internet. The information system was designed and implemented on the basis of the combination of the requirements that emerged in an interview that took place with the School Unit Manager, the Deputy Directors and the secretary as well as with a large part of the Teachers' Association. The aim of this information system is to provide a productive and efficient way to meet their needs. It is a useful tool for the Management, offering the ability to make the planning has been carried out as well as all the relevant information related to it known every time. The software also enables the user of the application to do all the necessary logging and filling actions through a very simple and friendly interface, which facilitates the work to a considerable extent. | en |
