The main objective of the constructive and administrative function of the modern Greek school unit is the smooth and efficient operation both in its internal context, but also in the wider social existing and evolving web. The use of Informatics and Communication Technologies is a recurring reality and it can provide more efficient and effective human performance through practical and modern technological tools. The subject of the thesis is the design and analysis of an information system for the electronic registration of the four-month exam tests in secondary schools. Requirements related to the annual schedule of the syllabus, test scheduling and evaluation test, examining the implementation of the curriculum by the teachers, overview of all actions agreed at the beginning of the school year. The way to meet these demands lies wherever the user is and via any smart device, provided this is connected to the internet. The information system was designed and implemented on the basis of the combination of the requirements that emerged in an interview that took place with the School Unit Manager, the Deputy Directors and the secretary as well as with a large part of the Teachers' Association. The aim of this information system is to provide a productive and efficient way to meet their needs. It is a useful tool for the Management, offering the ability to make the planning has been carried out as well as all the relevant information related to it known every time. The software also enables the user of the application to do all the necessary logging and filling actions through a very simple and friendly interface, which facilitates the work to a considerable extent.
