Awareness of intense environmental problems and the need to safeguard and protect natural resources to secure future generations has been particularly imperative the past two decades. The introduction of the term "Sustainable or Sustainable Development" in 1987 reinforced the need to link education to sustainable development, which was officially established in 1992. However, the Educational Institute of the American Farm School of Thessaloniki from the first day of its foundation, in 1904, advocates the cultivation of the earth, not only to yield to the present but also to produce for the future. The present study aims to explore the views of the Institution's Administration on the way and style of Management. In particular, it will investigate whether the Institution’s Environmental Culture and its Sustainable Development Philosophy contribute and relate to its management. Qualitative research was carried out and semi-structured interview was used as a data collection tool. From the horizontal processing and recording of the data, it was concluded that the sensitivity to environmental problems and the principles of Environmental Education in terms of social values positively influence the Institution's style of management. However, most executives have agreed that the Institution needs a stronger and more substantial involvement in environmentally friendly actions within its framework.
