Our research come from the reality of greek public education. This characterize from the large number of temporary teacher who work every year in public education everywhere in Greece. Firstly, we define our problem and next we appose to aim of our research. Our aim is to discover the way of leadership of school principal to temporary teachers, the way of management, if they motivate them and how much they contribute to their job satisfaction. Our research separate in two parts. The first part is our theoretical background of our research. The first chapter connect with leadership. Firstly, we devise the ways which exert authority and influence, multiple theries for leadership and the best type of it. The second chapter is devised with the administration. Especially we make historic throwback to basic ideas and theories for it from the beginning until nowdays and the reality of Greece public education. The third chapter is associatited with motiviation. We are devised multiple motivation theories which exist in and out of education system. Also, we write ways with which school principal could be motivation factor. The forth chapter is associatited with job satisfaction of temporary teachers and how scholar principal effect it. At the second part of our research we discuss our aims, researching questions and the methology which we accomplish our research. Then, we present the results and the conclusions.
