Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) are a valuable tool and a means of modernization both in the educational process and in the management of a school unit's administrative tasks. Like all Primary and Secondary Schools, Kindergarten is increasingly using ICT to facilitate administrative work. The stimulus for this research was the fact that, while there is a great deal of research on ICT and school administration in primary and secondary education, there is little research on the administration of kindergarten schools. The purpose of this research is to investigate the views of kindergarten teachers on the use of ICT in the management of kindergarten school. It studies the familiarization of kindergartens with ICT. In particular, research also addresses the development of the parameters that make effective use of ICT in kindergarten management. It also explores the necessity of continuous training of ICT education executives in school administration and organization issues and examines the existing technical support of kindergartens. The survey was conducted between January and February 2019, with 121 kindergarten teachers involved. The results of the survey show that kindergarten teachers believe that the efficiency of a school's administration depends to a large extent on the supervisor's knowledge of ICT. They, also, consider it necessary to continuously train ICT managers on organization and administration issues. Additional evidence is that kindergarten schools do not have technical support to solve possible online or not-problems in the school unit. Based on the findings of the research, solutions are proposed for the more efficient use of ICT in the administration of kindergarten schools.
