Nurses are naturally aspirated professionals of communication, since nursery is based on their skill of structuring social relationships with their patients. This assignment was created to meet the requirements of a postgraduate project for ΔΙ.ΠΑ.Ε, Faculty of Finance and Management- Marketing and Tourism, Faculty of Medical Science-Department of Nursery, Interdepartmental program of postgraduate study in Management of facilities of Medicine and Providence. It is titled «The importance of communication of nurses with patients-companions & methods of it’s application». It’s about a study that was made with the search of information from the Internet, books and a questionnaire answered by the patients or their companions. The purpose of this study is to notify the professionals of medicine about the true meaning of communication, how it is succeed, which positive aspects can be obtained and the consequences of bad communication-cooperation. In more detail: In the first chapter, the meaning, the procedure, the purpose, the characteristics, the forms and the principals of communication are described. In addition, the agents that promote communication, the burdens of accomplishment of it and the technics for an effective communication are also described. In the second chapter the following are described: Communication and it’s purpose in the personnel of a hospital, the cooperation of doctors and nurses. Additionally, the meaning of cooperation, the interdisciplinary cooperation in the field of medicine, which are the conditions for a good cooperation and finally the connection of a good cooperation and the care of a patient are also described in this chapter. In the third chapter, Medicine in Ancient Greece is mentioned. In the fourth chapter, the legislation of specialties in the field of medicine is mentioned. Also, it is mentioned that the National System of Health suffers from geographical abnormalities & and loss of specialties in the rural areas. In the fifth chapter, historical data of Π.Γ.Ν.Θ ΑΧΕΠΑ and the identity of the hospital are displayed. Finally, in the sixth chapter the answers of the questionnaire are described and analyzed.
