Η επαγγελματική ικανοποίηση των αναπληρωτών εκπαιδευτικών στην Ελλάδα σε περίοδο οικονομικής ύφεσης (Master thesis)

This research has studied the factors that seem to have an impact on the quality of working life of Greek substitute teachers and are associated to the professional satisfaction they experience in terms of working conditions. The statistical analysis of the data was done with the pspp accounting program. The results showed that substitute teachers are overall satisfied with their work, but there are some specific conditions for which they feel unhappy (building infrastructure, salary, career opportunities and further training, meritocracy). Additional factors related to the professional satisfaction of the substitute teachers are: "School climate", "Relationship with a manager", "Administrative organization", "Building infrastructure".
