Η επαγγελματική εξουθένωση στους νηπιαγωγούς των δημόσιων νηπιαγωγείων (Master thesis)

Various surveys have been conducted occasionally to identify the professional exhaustion of Greek teachers. These surveys have been carried out for primary and secondary school teachers. In this work research is conducted exclusively for preschool children working in Greek public nursery schools to determine if they are possessed by the particular syndrome or if they experience any of their symptoms.
The thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter we review the burnout syndrome and the Professional Satisfaction because the researchers say they are two independent variables. In the second chapter we refer to the research and the methodology we have followed, in the third chapter after the statistical analysis of the answers of the questionnaire are presented through tables and diagrams the analyzes of the answers and the work closes with the fourth chapter consisting of the conclusions of the specific research and some thoughts-suggestions.

| Abstract: | Κατά καιρούς έχουν διεξαχθεί διάφορες έρευνες που επιχειρούν να προσδιορίσουν την επαγγελματική εξουθένωση των Ελλήνων εκπαιδευτικών. Αυτές οι έρευνες έχουν πραγματοποιηθεί για εκπαιδευτικούς πρωτοβάθμιας και δευτεροβάθμιας εκπαίδευσης. Στην συγκεκριμένη εργασία η έρευνα διεξάγεται αποκλειστικά για Νηπιαγωγούς που εργάζονται σε ελληνικά δημόσια Νηπιαγωγεία προκειμένου να διαπιστώσουμε αν διακατέχονται από το συγκεκριμένο σύνδρομο ή αν βιώνουν κάποια από τα συμπτώματά του.
Η εργασία αποτελείται από τέσσερα κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο κάνουμε μία βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση το συνδρόμου της επαγγελματικής εξουθένωσης και της Επαγγελματικής Ικανοποίησης διότι οι ερευνητές υποστηρίζουν πως πρόκειται για δύο αλληλεξαρτώμενες μεταβλητές. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά στην έρευνα και τη μεθοδολογία που ακολουθήσαμε, στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο μετά από στατιστική ανάλυση των απαντήσεων του ερωτηματολογίου παρουσιάζονται μέσω πινάκων και διαγραμμάτων οι αναλύσεις των απαντήσεων και η εργασία κλείνει με το τέταρτο κεφάλαιο που αποτελείται από τα συμπεράσματα της συγκεκριμένης έρευνας και κάποιες σκέψεις-προτάσεις.
