Η επαγγελματική εξουθένωση στους νηπιαγωγούς των δημόσιων νηπιαγωγείων (Master thesis)

Γκουλέτσα, Σταματία

Various surveys have been conducted occasionally to identify the professional exhaustion of Greek teachers. These surveys have been carried out for primary and secondary school teachers. In this work research is conducted exclusively for preschool children working in Greek public nursery schools to determine if they are possessed by the particular syndrome or if they experience any of their symptoms. The thesis consists of four chapters. In the first chapter we review the burnout syndrome and the Professional Satisfaction because the researchers say they are two independent variables. In the second chapter we refer to the research and the methodology we have followed, in the third chapter after the statistical analysis of the answers of the questionnaire are presented through tables and diagrams the analyzes of the answers and the work closes with the fourth chapter consisting of the conclusions of the specific research and some thoughts-suggestions.
