In Greece Disciplinary Law has reached a level of mastery and the legislator particularly accents the Disciplinary Law of Civil Servants. This is certified not only through the extent of its provisions, which occupy almost a third of regulation of clerical code, but also through the liability of consecutive legislative variations. The hereunto thesis attempts to reflect the stable benchmarks and at the same time, point out the modifications the Disciplinary Law of Civil Servants has supervened from 2017 till today. The starting point is the present employee law (Law.3528/2007). What is also studied, are the alterations brought about by the later insertions, based on what is called the new Disciplinary Law of Civil Servants (Law.4057/2012). Furthermore, what is also examined, are the modifications introduced by Law.3896/2010, Law.4093/2012, 4203/2013, Law 4210/2013, 4305/2014, 4310/2014 and 4325/2015 all concerning disciplinary offense as well as all other legislative insertions. The present thesis attempts a quick clarification of the wider context within which is the matter under study, that is basic meanings connected directly with the subject such as public sector, administrative stuff, Disciplinary law, Disciplinary Councils e.t.c. Concluding, after a quantitative research, the thesis deals with the stance and views of the educators concerning the Disciplinary law. The latter is concluded through a presentation, discussion and assessment of the data from the questionnaires given to employees of the primary and secondary education of Drama district.
