Αποτίμηση του θεσμού της μαθητείας από μαθητευόμενους και μαθητευόμενες στο νομό Λάρισας (Bachelor thesis)

The Institution of Apprenticeship of EPAL or else the Postgraduate Year was regulated in Greece in 2013 and was piloted in only three regions - Attica, Central Macedonia and Crete - during the 2015-2016 school year. Since then three phases across the country have already been completed for successive school years 2016-17, 2017-18, 2018-19. The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate the Institution by learners of Larissa County, after completing the three phases of apprenticeship in EPAL. For this reason was selected the quantitative method and 142 questionnaires were collected. This research attempted to highlight both the positive aspects of the participants as well as the problems or deficiencies that emerged. Upon completion of the survey, it appears that learners' initial expectations of apprenticeships were largely satisfied. When evaluating the implementation of the apprenticeship institution and after the results have been generalized, the learners consider the Curriculum to be improved and evaluate its adequacy over time. They characterize their experience of apprenticeships as positive and to a small degree identify some of the problems they encountered. The purpose of the present research is to contribute to the formulation and strengthening of the EPC Apprenticeship Institution through its results, as it will add information regarding learners' attitudes.
