The headmaster of a school unit, is the person to whom everyone in a school community addresses to resolve any issue that concerns them. His role is not only administrative but also supportive, towards all his subordinates in the school in terms of the psychological part, the creation of a good and calm working climate in the school. It is important to mention that in a school the principal, in addition to managing all the participants in the school community, is also the final recipient and implementer of any government mandate and clearly of the educational policy implemented by the respective government. The aim of this research is to observe the administrative peculiarities where they meet in the field of administration in an educational unit of a Music School. We want to observe the difficulties encountered, where they come from, what is the position of the principal towards the problematic ones as the top supervisor in the school, how effective he is, if he helps to solve the problems or if he himself may sometimes through of his practices creates difficulties. We will also discuss the role of teachers and the teachers association within the school, the psycho synthesis that should prevail within the school and what the user organization of the work environment should be. When we talk about the work environment within a school, this is not something that concerns as at first reading we can think only of the principal or the teachers, but of all those who come into daily contact with the environment and the operation of the School These can be students, all kinds of administrative and non-administrative staff such as school guards, cleaners, etc. So all this social environment needs the care of the unit commander and all situations that have difficulty in the normal daily operation have a direct impact on him. .
