This thesis deals with the methods of vine cultivation in the Prefecture of Kavala. In the first part the conventional methods of vine cultivation are analyzed while in the second part the biological method of vine cultivation is examined. The aim of the work is to inform the reader about both practices applied in the vineyards and to understand the importance of the choice of each one both in the natural environment and in man himself.
