Linking education to the labor market is an issue for the education community and businesses. High youth unemployment rates and rising business competitiveness are problems that need to be addressed. The European Union is trying to provide a solution to the above, emphasizing Vocational Education and supporting the development of the institution of Apprenticeship. In our country, the Apprenticeship at EPAL. started in 2017 with a limited number of specialties while in its course it was strengthened reaching today 28. The present research aimed to record the views of teachers of Pella County who participate in the institution. The method chosen for conducting the survey was quantitative using a questionnaire. The questionnaire was developed in Greece by the Institute of Educational Policy and is divided into six parts covering various subjects that concern the teachers. According to the teachers, the curricula that have been prepared for the Apprenticeship, are largely satisfactory and achieve their goal. They consider that their training in Apprenticeship issues is important and should be continuous so that they can offer their best. The procedures followed, the duration of the program and the distribution of days and hours in school and in business were considered satisfactory. Of course, for all of the above, they claim that there is room for improvement and some suggestions were made. The majority of the apprentices benefited from their employment in the Apprenticeship by gaining additional knowledge, skills and mainly experiences in the work environment. Teachers claim that most apprentices are able to claim a job in their specialty after completing the Apprenticeship. We hope that the findings of this research will be utilized, to the possible extent, by those responsible for the implementation of the Apprenticeship in order to improve it. And finally to be a motive for conducting future research that will cover other aspects of the institution
