Συσχέτιση της διατροφής με το βιοχημικό προφίλ ενηλίκων (Bachelor thesis)
Παπαδοπούλου, Κυριακή
Methods:For this purpose, 97 healthy adults from 19 to 70 years of age (with an average of 42.51 years) were studied. They underwent anthropomentric measurements and biochemical testing. Nutritional recruitment was assessed by recalling a 24-hour dietary history of three days.
Nutritional processing was performed with the help of a Food Processor and its results were correlated with internationally recommended DRI'S recruitment and subsequently correlated with biochemical markers, anthropometric markers and hematological markers.
Conclusion:Our sample covered its need for macronutrients regardless of the BMI, while for micronutrients not sufficient. In addition, it was found that there is a strong correlation between the ferrum and the sex (p=0,04568), the vitamin B12 with blood groups (p=1,42-6) and vitamin C with ALT (alanine transferase) (p=0.04).).Also it was found strong correlation between food cholesterol with blood cholesterol (p=0.014) and between food cholesterol and blood LDL (p=0,002).
