Βιβλιοθηκονομική επεξεργασία υλικού της βιβλιοθήκης του 4ου Γυμνασίου Νεαπόλεως και εισαγωγή εγγραφών στο αυτοματοποιημένο σύστημα Koha (Bachelor thesis)

This thesis is about the
process of organizing and cataloging the material of the library of
the 4 th Middle School of Neapoli , Thessaloniki and its aim was to create a useful and
functional school library as well as our familiarization with the whole process. We present
basic information about the specific school and describe the problems we faced. The
whole process is described i n detail items ’ recording, creation of authority terms,
classification, items’ addition. Moreover there is a brief analysis about the tools that were
us ed and the methodology followed as well as alphabetical indexes of the edited items
by title, author and subject headings and a complete record list (ascending, by record
number) in Marc21 format.

| Abstract: | Στην παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία παρουσιάζεται ολόκληρη η διαδικασία οργάνωσης και βιβλιοθηκονομικής επεξεργασίας του υλικού της σχολικής βιβλιοθήκης του 4ου Γυμνασίου Νεαπόλεως Θεσσαλονίκης. Σκοπός της ήταν τόσο η δημιουργία μιας λειτουργικής και χρηστικής σχολικής βιβλιοθήκης, όσο και η δική μας εξοικείωση με τη διαδικασία της καταλογογράφησης. Παρουσιάζονται συνοπτικά πληροφορίες σχετικά με το συγκεκριμένο σχολείο και τα ποικίλα προβλήματα που συναντήθηκαν και περιγράφονται αναλυτικά όλες οι διαδικασίες που ακολουθήθηκαν για την καταγραφή των τεκμηρίων και καταλογογράφηση αυτών στο Koha – δημιουργία καθιερωμένων όρων, ταξινόμηση, δημιουργία αντιτύπων (itemsitems). Επιπλέον, γίνεται αναλυτική παρουσίαση των εργαλείων που χρησιμοποιήθηκαν καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια της διαδικασίας καθώς και της μεθοδολογίας που ακολουθήθηκε. Τέλος, παρουσιάζονται αλφαβητικά ευρετήρια - τίτλων, συγγραφέων και θεματικών επικεφαλίδων - των επεξεργασμένων τεκμηρίων καθώς και όλες οι εγγραφές των βιβλίων της συλλογής - με αύξοντα αριθμό εγγραφής - σε κωδικοποιημένη μορφή Marc21.
