Υγιεινή και Ασφάλεια στην Εργασία, στο Εργοτάξιο και στα Τεχνικά Έργα (Master thesis)

This thesis focuses on the hygiene and safety of workers in the workplace, specifically in technical projects and construction sites in our country.
The purpose of this thesis is to highlight the necessity for improving existing working conditions.
For this reason, initially a bibliographic research is carried out as far as reference is concerned legislation in Greece but also abroad.
The risks for the safety and health of workers at construction sites and technical projects are also presented and the importance of assessment, prevention and management of occupational hazards is analyzed, which constitutes a primary task for the engineer.
The conclusions derived from this thesis highlight that in Greece, there exists a legislative framework for the observance of safety and hygiene in the construction of technical projects both small and large scale, is available, what should developed is the will and effort to comply with regulations and legislations.

| Abstract: | Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αφορά στην υγιεινή και την ασφάλεια των εργαζομένων στην εργασία γενικά, αλλά ειδικότερα στα τεχνικά έργα και εργοτάξια της χώρας μας. Σκοπός της παρούσας διπλωματικής εργασίας είναι να αναδείξει την αναγκαιότητα για την βελτίωση των υφιστάμενων συνθηκών εργασίας. Για τον λόγο αυτόν, αρχικά πραγματοποιείται βιβλιογραφική έρευνα όσο αναφορά την νομοθεσία στην Ελλάδα αλλά και στο εξωτερικό. Επίσης παρουσιάζονται οι κίνδυνοι για την ασφάλεια και την υγιεινή των εργαζομένων στα εργοτάξια και στα τεχνικά έργα και αναλύεται η σημασία της εκτίμησης, πρόληψης και διαχείρισης των επαγγελματικών κινδύνων που αποτελούν κύριο έργο για τον μηχανικό. Τα συμπεράσματα που προκύπτουν από την παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία αναδεικνύουν ότι στην Ελλάδα το νομοθετικό πλαίσιο για την τήρηση της ασφάλειας και της υγιεινής στον κατασκευαστικό κλάδο υπάρχει, η εμπειρία από την κατασκευή τεχνικών έργων μικρής αλλά και μεγάλης κλίμακας και αυτή υπάρχει, αυτό που θα πρέπει να αναπτυχθεί είναι η βούληση και η προσπάθεια για την τήρηση των κανόνων και της νομοθεσίας.
