Health is one of the most valuable goods for the life of a person. People should be fully physically and mentally healthy in order to be able to cope with any aspect of their daily lives, whether it be their working obligations or their family obligations. In essence, health is a general concept that measures the physical and mental state of a living organism. According to the World Health Organization, health is defined as "the state of complete physical, mental and social well-being". That is, health is not limited only to the medical field, but also to other factors such as the environment or the economy. However, the present work will examine health in the medical field, and in particular the quality of mental health. It is worth noting that in the medical field, health is physical, mental, and there is public health or health care. Physical health is characterized by the proper functioning of the body. That is, to not suffer from any disease in the immune system or to have any cardiac disease, whether these cases are mild or more severe. Mental health is characterized by emotional and psychological well-being. Public health refers to the study and practical treatment of the threats to the health of a population of a society. Public health emphasizes the social set of the disease and focuses on improving health throughout society by taking measures such as vaccination. Whereas health care refers to the prevention, treatment and management of diseases, as well as the preservation of mental and physical health through the services provided by medical, nursing and administrative staff. Therefore, the quality of health is an important factor that will be concerned with this analysis. The quality of health in the health sector is not only provided by medical and nursing staff, but also by management. Therefore, the aim of the present work is health care management and as a case study is the Thessaloniki Psychiatric Hospital. For a better analysis of the work, a bibliographic review of the concepts that this work examines was conducted. And for better understanding there is a related study. This study will make it clear that quality of health is an important factor not only for those who receive services but also for those who provide them. The role of quality is essential and serves but also improves health.
