The demands of the rapidly evolving modern society, coupled with the technological progress, cannot leave the educational community indifferent. In this context, it is important to adopt the principles of Connectivism or, alternatively, interconnected learning, whereby learning can be understood as a 'network' phenomenon influenced by technology and socialization. Moreover, the parallel adoption of the principles and practices of Intercultural Education, such as respect for diversity and cooperation between individuals of different cultures, is a very important matter. In this context, there has been conducted a research about the recognition of the importance and the potential for adoption of Connectivism and Intercultural Education practices, as well as, the goal was to measure the satisfaction of participating teachers regarding their training and training of their associates. In general, teachers reckon that it is important to adopt intercultural education practices, and they are also eager to use the tools of Connectivism in this regard, but they appear to be unsatisfied with the level of training their colleagues seem to have on the field.
