Βελτιστοποίηση χρόνου-κόστους κατασκευής σηράγγων με την εφαρμογή εναλλακτικών μεθόδων εκσκαφής και υποστήριξης (Master thesis)

This paper refers to road tunnels both in Greece and abroad. Extensive reference is made to the Tempi Road Tunnel, the longest road tunnel in Greece and the Balkans, the excavation and support methodology is presented as well as details of the execution time of the works and the final construction cost. The geological conditions encountered and the problems they created during the tunneling are also presented. Ways that can improve the cost and time of execution of a Tunnel using technology are suggested.
