Abstract: This article develops a training quality measurement scale, and presents the scale's properties and potential applications. Moreover, this research tests how the GAP model is compared with the measurement of perceptions and the measurement of expectations of training quality, as defined by the trainees. A survey was conducted on 155 hospitality and tourism trainees. A scale of 15 items and 7 dimensions were developed based on trainees' perceptions.
