The purpose of this paper was to record and interpret the viability of innovative educational programs throughyhe views of primary school teachers. According to the results of this research, innovative educational programs have been largely integrated into school reality and their subjects come mainly from Environmental Education and Health Education. It is also noted that the importance of the implementation of innovative educational programs in primary education is high, while for the proper conduct and sustainability of innovative training programs the participants in the research have pointed out that good communication, appropriate space, time and, of course, the appropriate attitude actions of the teacher.
