The objective of this dissertation titled “The ability of kindergarten teachers to identify and deal with toddlers’ problems of psychological development and behavioural and emotional problems. A qualitative approach” was, on one hand, to explore how trained early childhood education teachers i.e. kindergarten teachers, are to identify and to deal with mental health problems that students may present in the classroom, and, on the other hand, to suggest necessary actions and reforms in the existing educational system, so that kindergarten teachers are assisted in their work. The study was conducted by interviewing kindergarten teachers in September 2018.
