The main purpose of this research was to investigate how the implementation of the new Organizational Chart, the psychological contract and the job satisfaction of the administrative staff of the Primary and Secondary Education Directorates, as well as how the two factors relate to each other. Initially, a bibliographic review was made on the psychological contract and job satisfaction as well as a reference to the administration of the Education Directorates. In the research part of this work a quantitative survey was carried out using a questionnaire which was answered by 113 teachers and contains sixty six (66) questions divided into seven (7) distinct parts. A detailed presentation of the research methods and results was then presented. The research conducted provided useful input to draw conclusions. Finally, the main results were discussed and summarized the most important conclusions that emerged from this research
