Τα superfoods στην ελληνική αγορά (Bachelor thesis)

This paper haw analysed the strong influence of superfoods in the current market and their impressive adoption in consumer’s regular basket. Superfoods are characterized for their high nutrition value and all the related benefits they have to the human body. The main reason of this paper is the study around superfoods in the Greek market and the consumer’s reaction to enterprising products. It zooms in two different approaches, of three different companies on superfoods and their promotion to the Greek market – some of the achieved great export goals-. Moreover, the consumers' behavior has been observed, among their influence to new products promotion. The reaction of Greek customers during a critical economic period and the factors that influence their consuming habits are also parts of the study. Another crucial point is the analysis of consumer’s strategy. Simultaneously, the last part of the report mentions the pharmaceutical influences of superfoods, either they are positive or negative. Finally, superfoods are presented as an alternative offer of production to agricultural goods, focusing on the financial statistics of them.
