The Veria Public Central Library was put into operation in the building that is now in existence since 1999, as it was previously in a rented space. It provides its services through its central building, a branch building and its two mobile libraries throughout the local community and its collection contains over 100,000 items. To date, its members are more than 34,000 members and the library hosts activities, events, training courses promoting reading, creativity and innovation. The purpose of this paper, " User survey and evaluation of services of Veria Public Central Library" is to present the library and specifically all the services it provides, making it known to a wider audience. Through the user survey, users were asked to evaluate it. The medium that was used to conduct the survey was the questionnaire, which was completed by 100 library users. Through the results of the survey, the purpose was to gather and get to know the views of the users so that they can analyze and make suggestions to improve the library. The results were quite satisfactory, indicating that the Veria Public Central Library has raised the bar of public libraries of the country. Finally, it is worth mentioning that the internship I did in the library was the reason for choosing this topic.
