The subject of this graduate , refers to the management of conflicts and emotional intelligence . First of all these two concepts , analyzed with the appropriate scientific, through a structured and well-organized bibliographical overview for the understanding of the theoretical framework. Then , a research questionnaire was drawn up for the collection of primary data through a poll. The main aim was to find out results about the role of emotional intelligence during conflicts in working spaces. The results showed the degree of correlation between them on the interaction in the working spaces. In conclusion , it was found that in general on the basis of the data there is a positive correlation between conflicts and emotional intelligence
